Turkey Bowl 2019: Day 3 Recap

Today is the final day for our annual Turkey Bowl Event and what a fun time it has been thus far. The action today features GTA V Sumo and some Modern Warfare 2V2 Gunfight. Check the Twitch links below to catch up on any of the exhilarating match-ups you may have missed!

GTA V SUMO

Twisted metal and burnt rubber were all that remained after our contestants fought furiously on an open platform to shove their opponents off for victory. Tires shrieked and metal protested loudly as one by one players were eliminated time and time again. The event was a scoreboard race due to the fact that every time a player hit four wins in the round the lowest scoring player was eliminated until only two remained.

Admiring The Wreckage

KSI Zordon was the first to be knocked out having suffered a few too many casualties being knocked off an elevated platform despite a solid effort. The very next round KSI Venum 7 was bumped out of the competition at fourth place in a match consisting of dune buggies and a very unfortunate monster truck. The last match was decided on a friggin rooftop, yeap you read that correctly, a ROOFTOP! The final round decided first second and third place on the podium and was a fun one to watch. Each contestant racked up 2 of the three points necessary to win so the final match was a winner takes all and anybodies game.

Modern Warfare 2v2 Gunfight

Like all CoD games, Modern Warfare is no different is starts out with quick first shots and fast leads. If you blink you miss all the heart pumping action this game play has to offer. CoD has a way of bringing out the best of the best for these events and tonight in the KSI Turkey Bowl 2019 was no different.

The action from all the players and divisions was edge of your seat fun. Teams coming from behind to take the win, along with nail biting finishes. The community really sent out their best for for Modern Warfare 2v2. There were 28 teams that participated in this event. KSI DropShot 7 from Dark Legions had an amazing from behind knife kill in one of his games, that left the chat in awe. The skill of peek-a-boo these teams have is just crazy and funny. Coming down to the last match-up of the night it’s Wicked Destructions KSI AtomXGen and BioZhi vs Dark Legions KSI DropShot 7 and KSI Lycan.The finale match-up was a tense battle. Both teams fought till the last bullet was fired.
